Западные СМИ пишут о продлении Европой своих санкций против Крыма на год. Также там заявляют, что вопрос с санкциями против Москвы является решенным и только и ждет, что официального представления. Россия не прямо угрожает сбивать американские самолеты в сирийском небе.

Там настаивают, что вопрос газовых поставок в Европу – это внутренне дело европейцев, в которое США не должны вмешиваться. На Западе все больше высказывают опасений ростом в Украине праворадикальных группировок и их безнаказанностью.

Формальный выход России из МУС связывают с признанием за Москвой обвинений за нарушение прав человека в Крыму.

Иностранные СМИ сообщают, что МВФ поддержал выплату Украине очередного транша, хоть и в существенно урезанном виде. Причина сокращения транша – Киев не выполнил некоторые обязательства по программе помощи МВФ. Россия, как и ожидалось, проголосовала против финансовой помощи Украине. Европейские дипломаты отмечают хрупкость Минских соглашений, но настаивают на безальтернативности им в вопросе мирного урегулирования вооруженного конфликта на Донбассе.
