Біля будівлі Криворізької районної виборчої комісії зафіксовано одразу декілька випадків підробки підписів у протоколі остаточного підрахунку голосів. Спостерігачами ОПОРИ було зафіксовано на відео, як головою Недайводської селищної ВК Крушко О.Г. біля будівлі Криворізької районної ТВК, прямо в авто, на якому вони приїхали, голова самостійно заповнювала протокол і ставила підписи замість всіх членів Недайводської селищної ВК, повідомляє прес-служба організації.
По прибуттю наряду міліції, з ними також прибув начальник слідчого відділу майор міліції Козлов Олександр Геннадійович. Спостерігачем ОПОРИ була складена заява за фактом порушення виборчого законодавства. Під час складання заяви, спостерігач неодноразово вказував на іншу особу, яка входить до складу Недайводської ВК. Але співробітники МВС прохання затримати особу, щоб взяти в неї свідчення, ігнорували і повідомили, що не хочуть втручатись у виборчий процес, що не мають права затримувати членів комісії, навіть після представлення відео-доказу про підробку підписів в протоколі.
Відзначимо, що підписання протоколу про підрахунок голосів виборців на виборчій дільниці, протоколу про підсумки голосування чи результати виборів до його заповнення, або складення чи підписання такого протоколу не на засіданні виборчої комісії, на якому здійснюється підрахунок голосів виборців чи встановлення підсумків голосування чи результатів виборів, або включення до такого протоколу завідомо недостовірних відомостей – караються позбавленням волі на строк від 5 до 7 років з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади або займатися певною діяльністю на строк від одного до трьох років (частини 3 і 4 статті 158 Кримінального кодексу України).
