Пропуск в Україну екс-очільника Одещини Міхеїла Саакашвілі, як людини без громадянства, можливий лише після оформлення візи. Про це у Facebook написав заступник генпрокурора Євген Єнін.

"Пропуск Саакашвілі (наразі особи без громадянства, якщо не підтвердиться інфо про наявність у нього паспортів третіх країн) в Україну можливий лише після оформлення візи. Будь які перформанси в оточенні активістів чи нелегальний перетин кордону дають стовідсоткові правові підстави для притягнення його до адмінвідповідальності, а осіб, що сприятимуть такому незаконному перетину кордону - до кримінальної відповідальності (і не кажіть потім, що не попереджали)", - написав Єнін.

Він відзначив, що "ненадання права на в’їзд Саакашвілі з метою особистої присутності під час судового засідання не може розглядатися як підстава для оскарження права на справедливий суд".

"Оскільки право на в’їзд до іноземної держави не є правом гарантованим Конвенцією і позивач (Саакашвілі, - ред.) може захищати свої інтереси через захисника", - наголосив Єнін.
