Члени партії «Рух нових сил» готуються зустріти свого лідера Міхеїла Саакашвілі на кордоні України і забезпечити йому в’їзд до держави, інформує  Укрінформ.

Відповідну інформацію оприлюднив Давід Сакварелідзе. Під час зустрічі з громадськістю в Херсоні він заявив, що представники політичної сили готуються до активних дій восени і будуть зустрічати Міхеїла Саакашвілі на кордоні і «в будь-якому разі заведуть його до України». Коли і де це має відбутися, Сакварелідзе не повідомив, зазначаючи, що тоді, коли це відбудеться і на якій ділянці українського кордону, ще необхідно вирішити. 

Варто нагадати, в кінці липня президент України Петро Порошенко підписав указ про позбавлення екс-голови Одеської облдержадміністрації Міхеїла Саакашвілі українського громадянства. Сам Саакашвілі заявив, що це рішення є виключно політично вмотивованим і в такий спосіб Порошенко хоче позбавитися політичних конкурентів. Крім того, Саакашвілі відмовився від пропозицій отримати грін-карту для проживання в США або литовське громадянство.
