Русский язык сделали вторым языком в школах Сирии и его изучают дети президента страны Башара Асада
 

Об этом сообщил посол Сирии в России Рияд Хаддад, выступая в Совете Федерации, информирует "ДС" со ссылкой на "Интерфакс".

"Решение президента Башара Асада о том, чтобы русский язык стал вторым языком в Сирии - это один из элементов благодарности сирийского народа российскому народу за его поддержку. Даже многие семьи назвали своих детей Путиным. Не секрет, если я скажу, что дети президента (Башара Асада) сейчас учат русский", - сказал Хаддад.

Посол добавил, что во всех университетах Сирии были открыты кафедры изучения русского языка. В школах же изучение русского начинается с седьмого класса.
