Провідна опозиційна сила Польщі "Громадянська коаліція" висунула чинного мера Варшави Рафала Тшасковського кандидатом на виборах президента країни

Сьогодні кандидат від опозиції, віце-спікер Сейму Малгожата Кідава-Блонська оголосила про своє рішення зійти з гонки за президентське крісло.

Після рішення віце-спікера не брати участі у президентських виборах опозиція зіткнулася з необхідністю висунути нового кандидата на пост президента.

" Я радий повідомити вам у цей момент, що одноголосна рекомендація Національної ради "Громадянської платформи", представлена нашим партнерам по коаліції, це рекомендація для мера Варшави Рафала Тшасковського", - сказав Борис Будка, голова "Громадянської платформи", яка є основною силою в "Громадянській коаліції".

Будка підкреслив, що завдяки рішучості віце-спікера Сейму Малгожати Кідави-Блонської, чиновників місцевих органів влади, Сенату і "Громадянської коаліції", "погані, несправедливі і небезпечні вибори в травні не відбудуться".

Слід зазначити, що у якості можливого кандидата у президента в опозиції розглядали і колишнього очільника МЗС Радослава Сікорського.
