Роскомнадзор вынес первое предупреждение СМИ за публикацию карикатур на религиозную тему. Предупреждение, заявил представитель ведомства Вадим Ампелонский, вынесено казахстанскому информационному порталу «Республика», зарегистрированному на территории России.

Роскомнадзор, по словам Ампелонского, провел профилактическую работу со СМИ. В частности, сказал он, «редакциям напомнили положения российского законодательства, запрещающие использовать СМИ для экстремистской деятельности».

Однако не все издания последовали рекомендациям ведомства. По словам Ампелонского, в ближайшее время предупреждения за публикацию карикатур могут получить и другие СМИ.
