Премьер-министр Сербии Ана Брнабич, которая является открытой лесбиянкой, приняла участие в марше за права ЛГБТ в Белграде.

Как сообщает Радио Свобода, это первый случай, когда сербский премьер-министр приобщается к ежегодному ЛГБТ-маршу.

"Правительство здесь для всех граждан и обеспечит уважение прав всех граждан... Мы хотим послать сигнал о том, что многообразие делает наше общество более прочным, что вместе мы можем сделать больше", - сказала Брнабич.

Центр усиленно охраняла полиция.

Активисты заявили, что атмосфера 17 сентября была более расслабленной, чем в предыдущие годы.

В июне этого года парламент Сербии назначил 41-летнюю Брнабич на должность премьер-министра. Она стала первой женщиной и первой открытой лесбиянкой на этом посту.
