Принадлежащая Ринату Ахметову Медиа группа Украина стала собственником 99% ООО Аспера 2011 (телеканал Эскулап-ТВ).

Об этом стало известно на заседании Нацсовета по вопросам телевидения и радиовещания,сообщает Новое время

По словам представителя канала, 1% акций Эскулап-ТВ принадлежит Теле-Про, который, также, как и Медиа группа Украина, связан с СКМ Ахметова.

Вслед за сменой собственника, у канала сменился директор. Ирину Кропиву на этой должности сместил Иван Букреев.

ООО Медиа Группа Украина – медиа-холдинг, который объединяет национальный телеканал Украина, телеканал НЛО TV, тематические каналы Футбол 1 и Футбол 2, Региональную Медиа Группу (каналы Донбасс, 34 канал, Сигма, ТВ-Сфера), сейлз-хаус Медиапартнерство, компанию Диджитал Скринз (oll.tv), продакшн-компанию Теле Про и холдинг Сегодня Мультимедиа. Собственником медиа-холдинга является АО Систем Кэпитал Менеджмент (СКМ) Рината Ахметова.
