Россия заявила о своем выходе из Договора об обычных вооруженных силах в Европе – такой поворот особенно никого в Европе не удивил, после того что Путин учинил в Украине, он вряд ли сможет еще кого-то чем-то удивить. Но для европейцев это знак, что нужно продолжать укреплять собственную безопасность. Военные учения, которые пройдут в Прибалтике и Черном море, должны будут продемонстрировать готовность Европы защитить себя.
