На відео чоловік спочатку сміється, а потім скаржиться через сильну спеку і пил під час поїздки через піщану бурю.

Зазначається, що в Кувейті в цьому році була зафіксована одна з найвищих температур на планеті – до 50°C.

Міністерство внутрішніх справ Кувейту повідомило, що чоловіка притягнуть до кримінальної відповідальності за “образливе” відео.

Місцеві ЗМІ повідомили, що цей чоловік, громадянин Єгипту, буде депортований з країни.

Деякі користувачі соціальних мереж поділилися власними відео, лаючи погоду, на підтримку арештованого чоловіка.
