Таким чином міський голова Льова відреагував на масову бійку за участю українських, французьких та німецьких фанів, яка сталася 6 листопада у центрі міста, напередодні матчу Ліги Європи між "Олександрією" та "Сент-Етьєном" із Франції.

"Вночі під час подій на Ринку ніхто з вболівальників не постраждав, постраждало двоє працівники поліції, пошкоджено дві поліцейські машини. Говорив з керівником поліції області та керівником СБУ. Прошу правоохоронців забезпечити ввечері порядок і безпеку під час матчу. Велике прохання до вболівальників: не змішуйте пиво і горілку", - написав Садовий.
