13 декабря во время заседания Киевсовета произошла стычка между мэром Виталием Кличко с депутатом Игорем Мирошниченко из фракции «Свобода». Игорь Мирошниченко упрекнул Виталия Кличко, что за цену одной школы, можно было построить две. 

Комментируя новость, украинский блогер Сергей Марченко в своем блоге отметил, что, наверное, если напрячься, можно было построить и три школы. А, если добавить в цемент коровьих лепешек, то и все четыре школы. Но только надо ли это нам, вот в чем вопрос? Мы уже жили в стране, где строили экономно. В итоге, этой экономной архитектурой изуродовали города, а показать, что же интересного построено в бывшем СССР за 70 лет, нечего. 

Блогер пишет, одни каменные «бабы» советских вождей. Сергей Марченко рассказывает, когда он смотрит на школы и детские сады, построенные Днепропетровской ОГА или Киевсоветом, и сравнивает эти разноцветные корпуса, большие окна, продуманное внутреннее пространство с тем убожеством, где учился он при «совке», то становится немного завидно современным детям.
