Полиция Запорожской области совместно с работниками СБУ в Запорожье жителя Мелитополя, притворялся депутатом поселкового совета с поддельным удостоверением, - передает PRпортал.
В пресс-службе СБУ сообщили, что мужчина предлагал взятку 5 тысяч долларов за закрытие уголовного дела против него и возврат изъятых у него боеприпасов. "В рамках производства по ч. 3 ст. 369 (предложение, обещание или предоставление неправомерной выгоды служебному лицу) Уголовного кодекса Украины решается вопрос об объявлении задержанному подозрения и избрания меры пресечения" - пишут в СБУ.
Напомним, Служба безопасности Украины словила на получение неправомерной выгоды (взятки) следователя одного из отделений киевской полиции. Согласно сообщению СБУ, следовательно требовал у подозреваемого в преступлении $500 за переквалификацию статьи Уголовного кодекса на менее тяжкую. Злоумышленник был задержан спецслужбой на одной из станций метрополитена сразу после получения суммы.
