Cегодня в Москве прошли чествования, посвященные 1030-летию Крещения Руси. В частности, как сообщают российские СМИ, во всех храмах России состоялись праздничные литургии. Поздравил россиян с праздником президент РФ Владимир Путин, который в своей речи не упустил возможности соврать, перекрутив историю.

Путин заявил, что именно Крещение 1030 лет назад князем Владимиром предопределило судьбу России, стало поводом для развития великого государства. Также Путин почему-то назвал киевского князя Владимира российским предком и князем, который уже тогда оказал огромное значение на дальнейшее развитие российского государства.

«Крещение – это отправная точка становления и развития российской государственности», – подчеркнул Путин. Самое интересное, что историки не перестают утверждать, что нынешняя Россия не имеет никакого отношения к Крещению Киевской Руси, которое состоялось в Киеве на Днепре. Москва, которая сегодня хочет называться правопреемницей Руси появилась лишь спустя несколько столетий после Крещения.
