Львівська ОДА звертається до влади міста Львова із вимогою передати функції управління вивозу ТПВ з міста Львова. Про це сьогодні, 22 червня, під час брифінгу заявив голова Львівської облдержадміністрації Олег Синютка.

"Делегування повноважень обласній адміністрації забезпечить вивезення твердих побутових відходів зі Львова і унеможливить будь-яку небезпеку для мешканців міста. Ми вже двічі брали на себе відповідальність із вивезення сміття зі Львова, після цього ситуація ускладнювалась, тому щоразу здійснити такий вивіз стає складніше. Тому такі речі необхідно робити системно, лише тоді це дасть відповідний результат", - наголосив голова Львівської ОДА.

За словами Олега Синютки, обласна адміністрація бере на себе зобов’язання у 20-тиденний термін очистити перенакопичені сміттєві майданчики, а в подальшому налагодити системний вивіз ТПВ з міста Львова, повернути та координувати перевізників ТПВ. Окрім того, зобов’язується побудувати до 2019 року сучасний завод з вторинної переробки та утилізації ТПВ.

Львівська міська влада повинна прийняти рішення про передачу функцій по управлінню ТПВ Львівській ОДА, передбачити субвенцію з міського бюджету для вивозу сміття обласному бюджету в розмірі 300 млн грн з розрахунку на рік та передати у тимчасове управління на період здійснення повноважень із вивозу ТПВ Львівською ОДА комунальне підприємство "Львівспецкомунтранс".
