Два претендента на пост президента Франції братимуть участь в середу в теледебатах, які розглядаються як кульмінація довгої і запеклої кампанії.

Мета участі у теледебатах для центриста Еммануеля Макрона і його ультраправої суперниці Марін Ле Пен: заручитися прихильністю значної кількості виборців, які ще не визначились, за кого проголосують у неділю.

У той час як Макрон значно випереджає в опитуваннях громадської думки Ле Пен, його перевага скоротилася і, за оцінками, 18% виборців ще не визначилися.

Обидва кандидати обмежили свою агітацію в останні дні в рамках підготовки до дебатів, які стартують о 19:00 за Гринвічем в середу.
