Цезаря Акуна, самого популярного кандидата на пост президента Перу, могут снять с выборов из-за обвинения в плагиате.

Об этом сказал Франциско Тавара, президент Перуанского национального избирательного совета, передает Укринформ

“Если они аннулируют или отзовут его диплом или научное звание, это будет означать предоставление ложных данных и приведет к снятию его с выборов», - заявил Франциско Тавара.

Сейчас университет Мадрида, в котором в 2009 году Акуна защитил докторскую диссертацию, изучает ее на предмет наличия плагиата.

Напомним: Цезарь Акуна – владелец трех университетов в Перу. Он построил свою предвыборную кампанию на обещаниях увеличить до 6% ВВП государственные ассигнования на образование.
