Группа депутатов из фракции "Блок Петра Порошенко" вносит в Верховную раду законопроект, предусматривающий перенос изменений в Конституцию.

Об этом "Апострофу" сообщили в Администрации президента Украины (АПУ).

"Причина в том, что вместо объединения общества изменения в Конституцию вносят раскол, что недопустимо во время войны", — отметил собеседник издания.

Формально принятие указанного законопроекта означает перенос голосования по изменениям в Конституцию на следующую сессию Рады.

"А если бы проголосовали (наработанный проект изменений в Конституцию, — ред.) и не набрали 300 голосов — перенесли бы на 1 год", — отметил собеседник в АПУ.

"Конституция Украины не может изменяться под давлением Запада или России, если у нас в стране нет единства по этому вопросу. Разберемся между собой — изменим Конституцию", — добавил он.

Однако, по данным PRпортала, речь идет не о законопроекте, а об обращении в Конституционный суд, который должен растолковать можно ли изменения в Конституцию принимать через сессию
