Nielsen представляет результаты исследования Global Trust in Advertising – доверия потребителей к рекламе, в ходе которого были опрошены 30000 респондентов в 60 странах мира, включая Украину.
Среди всех источников информации о товарах и услугах самое высокое доверие у украинцев вызывают рекомендации знакомых (81%), отзывы потребителей, опубликованные онлайн (63%), и информация на сайтах брендов (59%). Среди традиционных СМИ украинцы в некоторой степени доверяют рекламе на билбордах и в журналах (по 34%). Меньшим авторитетом пользуется информация о товарах и услугах на ТВ (32%), в газетах (31%) и на радио (30%). Уровень доверия к новым видам рекламы приближается к традиционным: так, онлайн видеорекламе доверяют 29% респондентов, а рекламе в социальных сетях 32%, пишет

Уровень доверия к баннерной рекламе и рекламной рассылке по электронной почте пока достаточно низкий – 20% и 19%, соответственно. Меньше всего украинцы доверяют текстовой рекламе на мобильных телефонах – всего 15%. В целом, по данным исследования можно сказать, что больше половины украинцев доверяют рекламной информации о товарах и услугах.
В ходе исследования потребителей спросили не только об их доверии к различным источникам рекламы, но и о том, насколько эти каналы являются стимулом для совершения покупки. Большую часть украинских покупателей информация стимулирует приобрести товар или услугу: так, совершают покупку по рекомендации знакомых 81% опрошенных, на 69% оказывают влияние отзывы потребителей, а информация на сайтах брендов побуждает 63% респондентов сделать ту или иную покупку. Реклама на ТВ мотивирует лишь 47% украинцев, реклама в газетах и журналах – 43% и 45%, соответственно. Реклама в социальных сетях влияет на процесс покупки 45% респондентов. Меньше всего влияет на принятие решения о покупке продакт плейсмент в ТВ программах – всего 25%.
Содержание рекламы также влияет на уровень доверия к информации о товаре или услуге. Какую же рекламу предпочитают украинцы?
Исследование показало, что ролики с юмористическим сюжетом пользуются наибольшей популярностью среди украинских потребителей (61%). Реклама на основе реальных жизненных ситуаций резонирует с 43% опрошенных. Ролики с семейными сценами нравятся 37% украинцев. Что интересно, только 6% украинских респондентов импонирует реклама с участием знаменитостей и всего 3% - с участием спортсменов. В целом, реклама со знаменитостями имеет слабый отклик у потребителей в Европе, и только в России и Сербии этот показатель превышает 10%.
