Суд федеральной земли Саксония разрешил продажу мини-виселиц с именами канцлера ФРГ Ангелы Меркель и министра иностранных дел Зигмара Габриэля.

Об этом сообщает Сегодня со ссилкой на  Zeit Online.

В своем решении суд указал, что данная продукция не является "публичным призывом к совершению уголовного преступления". Кроме того, в вердикте уточняется, что с объективной точки зрения, производство и продажу таких изделий можно также понимать как "символическое пожелание политической смерти".

В решении также подчеркивается, что данное дело не является прецедентным, а каждый последующий аналогичный случай должен рассматриваться отдельно, так как может содержать признаки уголовного преступления.

Впервые подобные изделия появились на демонстрациях антиисламского движения Pegida в Дрездене в 2015 году. На петлях были прикреплены таблички с надписями: "зарезервировано для Ангелы", "зарезервировано для Зигмара". В настоящее время данные поделки продаются в качестве сувениров по 15 евро за штуку.

Напомним, недавно лидер Социал-Демократической партии Германии Мартин Шульц готов начать переговоры с канцлером Ангелой Меркель и готовится предложить ей ограниченную поддержку во время четвертого срока во главе правительства.
