У Росії спалахнув скандал через публікацію в мережі фото темношкірого чоловіка на тлі російського прапора з георгіївською стрічкою на пенісі.

Знімок з'явився на сайті гумористичної енциклопедії "Луркоморье". Роскомнагляд зажадав видалити картинку через те, що вона "демонструє явну неповагу до держави, Конституції, офіційних символів Росії та глави держави", повідомив у своєму Telegram-каналі один із засновників проєкту Давид Хомак.

У Роскомнагляді уточнили, що 10 лютого зображення внесли до реєстру забороненої інформації на вимогу Генпрокуратури Росії. Кадр назвали образливим і таким, що порушує моральність.

Скандальне фото було опубліковане на одній зі сторінок сайту, присвяченій темношкірим.
