Правоохоронці не дозволили активістам біля Міністерства внутрішніх справ поклеїти стрічку на металевий флагшток з прапором Європейського союзу, бо це державне майно, яке могли пошкодити. Як повідомляє PRпортал, про це у коментарі УП повідомив директор департаменту комунікацій в МВС України Артем Шевченко.

Шевченко відзначив, що споруда МВС разом із її елементами такими як прапорні щогли перед центральним входом із державним прапором України, прапором ЄС та емблемою МВС є державним майном.

"Їхнє псування і пошкодження шляхом обклеювання чи нецільового використання як підпорок під їхню недолугу і неправдиву наочну агітацію є адміністративним правопорушенням", - пояснив він.

Директор департаменту комунікацій МВС повідомив, що на щоглі, на яку намагалися прив'язати стрічку активісти, висів прапор ЄС.

 
 

За словами Шевченка, правоохоронці припинили правопорушення і нікого не затримували.

Також він розповів, що активісти застосували у бік поліцейських сльозогінний газ.

"Усі ці факти задокументовано, їм буде дано правову оцінку з точки зору адміністративного і кримінального права", - пояснив Шевченко.
