У суботу, 3 липня, о 22:00 в Дарницькому районі Києва за адресою вул. с.Русової нарядом патрульної поліції було зупинено авто Toyota Camry, водієм якого виявився народний депутат Брагар Євгеній.

За словами депутата, причина зупинки - відсутність освітлення державного номеру.

Під час перевірки документів у наряда поліції виникли питання щодо стану водія. Запропонувавши проїхати останньому до лікаря нарколога, на що Євгеній добровільно погодився.

Після отримання негативного результату в незалежній лабораторії учасники події попрямували до Дарницького управління для написання заяви на патрульних за те, шо вони ніби-то вимагали хабаря.
