Голова Миколаївської ОДА Віталій Кім агресивно відреагував на питання місцевого активіста Дмитра Рябченко під час публічного звіту чиновників та назвав його "дурачком".

Як повідомляє "НикВести", Рябченко зауважив на безпредметність звітів заступників голови ОДА, за що отримав звинувачення від Кіма за "вредительство".

"Діма, Діма Рябченко, не приходь до мене більше на прийом. Я тебе не прийму. Ти ржеш, як дурачок", - вже йдучи зі сцени після завершення заходу, зауважив Рябченку Кім.
