Суд в Чернигове над заместителем МинВОТ Юрием Грымчаком по делу о мошенничестве закончился тем, что судья постановила взять под стражу Грымчака на два месяца. Однако сразу же после этого адвокаты чиновника заявили, что их подзащитный может быть свободным, так как в решении суда указано неправильное имя мужчины. 

Как информирует PRпортал со ссылкой на «УП», после того, как суд огласил решение Фемиды, адвокат Грымчака заявила, что в материалах дела и решении суда указано неправильное отчество. Таким образом, удалось выяснить, что вместо «Юрия Николаевича» судья объявила об аресте «Юрия Михайловича».

В свою очередь судья согласилась с замечанием адвоката, подтвердив, что ошибка действительно существует и что ее нужно исправить. В свою очередь прокурор заявила, что неправильное отчество в документе являлось опечаткой и банальным «человеческим фактором». Также известно, что согласно постановлению суда, Грымчак сможет выйти из-под ареста под залог в шесть миллионов гривен, а не 12,5 млн., как того просила прокуратура.
