У четвер, 6 жовтня, голова парламенту Чечні Магомед Даудов побив виконуючого обов'язки голови Верховного суду республіки Тахіра Мурдалова, повідомляє з посиланням на джерело Кавказ.Реалії.

Згідно з наявними даними, спікер (в народі відомий під прізвиськом Лорд) прибув до будівлі суду в супроводі десяти машин.

Після цього близько 40 осіб оточили будівлю, і Даудов зайшов у кабінет Мурдалова.

Як повідомляється, разом з кількома охоронцями він почав бити в. о. голови ВС, вимагаючи, щоб той написав заяву про звільнення за станом здоров'я, погрожуючи при цьому розправою.

Втім, переконати Мурдалова парламентарію так і не вдалося.

"Вбити - не мужність, на більше ти не здатний, мені втрачати нічого", - цитує суддю співрозмовник.

У підсумку, Даудов покинув будівлю суду, а оточення було знято.

При цьому наголошується, що жоден з лікарів в Грозному не погодився провести медичний огляд Мурдалова, і той звернувся до офіцера управління ФСБ по Чечні (відомо, що той свого часу навчався з президентом Росії Володимиром Путіним).

У ЗМІ повідомляють, що Даудов проштовхує в крісло голови Верховного суду свою людину, а відмову Мурдалова покинути пост він сприйняв як виклик.
