Федеральна служба з нагляду у сфері зв'язку, інформаційних технологій та масових комунікацій (Роскомнагляд) звинуватила TikTok у «порушенні ключових принципів вільного поширення інформації та безперешкодного доступу до неї» через те, що китайська соціальна мережа заблокувала для іноземних користувачів аудіозапис зі звернення президента Росії Володимира Путіна.

«Роскомнагляд вимагає від адміністрації соціальної мережі TikTok негайно зняти обмеження, накладені щодо відеозапису звернення президента Росії В. Путіна, а також пояснити причини їх введення, — сказав регулятор. — Такі дії керівництва соціальної мережі докорінно порушують ключові принципи вільного поширення інформації та безперешкодного доступу до неї».
