Телеканал "Росія 1" зняв сюжет про "палаці Путіна", в якому йдеться про те, що особняк є недобудованим апарт-готелем.

"У самому "палаці" одні голі бетонні стіни. І немає навіть натяку на те, що показано в фільмі. Ні золотих орлів, ні мармурових колон - по всій будівлі йдуть оздоблювальні роботи".

Один з "будівельників", в масці й будівельній касці, дав коментар, що це "апарт-готель, готель з номерами, загальними зонами, з басейном".

Відеоролик опозиціонера Олексія Навального, за словами пропагандистів, "напханий комп'ютерною графікою".  Тим часом оригінальний фільм набрав вже понад 101 мільйон переглядів.
