Чарльз беседовал с одним из сотрудников, когда тот внезапно зашатался и рухнул в обморок. Принц сделал шаг, будто желая помочь, однако быстро отступил назад, когда ему сообщили, что с мужчиной все в порядке, и продолжил беседу с другой сотрудницей.

Мужчине помогли охранники Чарльза и другие сотрудники. Он поднялся на ноги и снова начал разговаривать с наследным принцем.

Сцена произошла, когда Чарльз и Камилла встретились с 700 работниками центра Asda в Бристоле, а также с водителями и сотрудниками в ближайших магазинах. Персонал рассказал, как многие из них вернулись на работу, даже те, кто уже ушел на пенсию, взяли дополнительные смены и перенесли отпуска, чтобы помогать людям, оказавшимся в самоизоляции из-за коронавируса.
