Посадовець Луганською обласного центру з гідрометеорології отримував гроші замість співробітника, який протягом двох років перебував поза межами країни

Про це повідомляє Depo.Донбас. з посиланням на прес-службу прокуратури Луганщини.

Повідомляється, що начальник одного зі структурних підрозділів Луганською обласного центру з гідрометеорології упродовж 2016-2018 років вносив недостовірні відомості та підписував табелі обліку робочого часу стосовно підлеглого працівника, який перебував поза межами України. На підставі цих документів підозрюваний незаконно отримав понад 60 тис. грн.

"На тепер посадовій особі повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні злочинів за ч. 2 ст. 191, ч. 1 ст. 366 КК України.  Вирішується питання щодо обрання підозрюваному запобіжного заходу та відсторонення останнього від посади", – йдеться у повідомленні.

Досудове розслідування триває.

За вчинені кримінальні правопорушення чоловіку загрожує покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі строком до 5 років з позбавлення права обіймати певні посади чи займатися певною діяльністю на строк до 3 років.
