Міністр юстиції Денис Малюська відрапортував про запуск нового Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань.
 

«Новий ЄДР безуспішно намагались написати та запустити у роботу протягом останніх 9 років. Старий ЄДР давно не відповідав вимогам законодавства та не надавав можливість для вдосконалення свого функціоналу, тому новий софт був об’єктивно необхідним. Сьогодні у цій багаторічній історії кульмінація і розв’язка – запуск нового ЄДР з чим усіх і вітаю», – написав високопосадовець у Facebook.

Урядовець наголосив, що перенесення даних з старого реєстру у новий та зупинка роботи ЄДР планувались з 7 до 16 серпня. Однак це вдалося зробити на п’ять днів раніше завдяки ефективній та злагодженій роботі ДП «НАІС».

Водночас, як з’ясували читачі «Главкома», у розділі «Безкоштовний запит» Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань розробники допустили помилку із вживання прийменника «по» у реченні «Отримати відомості по*».

За правилами правопису  правильно писати «Отримати відомості щодо юридичної особи або про юридичну особу».  Ця помилка є типовою для державних чиновників нової хвилі. У цьому не складно переконатися в численних документах та електронних публікаціях.

Тому за прохання користувачів державних ресурсів «Главком» публікує коротку шпаргалку для чиновників, як уникати помилок з прийменником «по».
