Жителі Тюмені виявили на набережній підроблені ліхтарі, де повинні були стояти освітлювальні прилади. Скотчем були наклеєні листочки паперу з надрукованими на них світлодіодними лампами

В організації "Тюменьгормост" пояснили, що папірці були наклеєні спеціально - робітники вирішили прикрити ніші для ламп з проводами під напругою. За словами директора компанії Миколи Грибоєдова, ліхтарів немає, тому що частину з них вирвали вандали, а інші "вийшли з ладу з незрозумілих причин".

Грибоєдов зазначив, що ніші заклеювали до Дня міста (свято відбулося 30 липня). З тих пір на набережній замінили 94 ліхтарика, ще 500 директор компанії пообіцяв встановити найближчим часом.
