Владелец Львівської майстерні шоколаду намерен подать в суд на Московскую шоколадную фабрику за плагиат логотипа компании. Об этом он сообщил LIGA.net. 

Бизнесмен также разместил на своей странице в Facebook пост о том, что российский конкурент скопировал логотип Львівської майстерні шоколаду и использует его на своем сайте. 

 

 

По словам Худо, подавать в суд на конкурентов он намерен точно не в России. "Надо изучить вопрос подробнее. Там точно нет. Стоит судиться там, где действует международное право, и решения можно воплотить в жизнь. Интеллектуальная собственность у нас запатентована", - сообщил он. 

Напомним, более полгода в Украине идет рабирательство между двумя другими кондитерами - кондитерской корпорацией Roshen и Киевским БКК за право выпуска последним Киевского торта и торта Золотой Ключик.
