Во время празднования Дня города в Вышгороде председатель Киевской ОГА Александр Горган признался в желании интима с заместителем председателя Вышгородской райгосадминистрации Мариной Мельник, которая моложе его на 10 лет.

Видео неожиданного признания опубликовала на своей Facebook странице Antonina Basenko.

"Вы знаете, я полтора года работал в Вышгороде председателем райгосадминистрации и последние полгода у меня была молодая и очень красивая заместитель и, вы знаете, если бы меня не перевели в Киев - это бы закончилось интимом и супружеской изменой. Но, Слава Богу, меня повысили и я пошел работать губернатором, а эта красивая девушка осталась в Вышгороде в моих несбывшихся мечтах", - сказал Горган во время выступления со сцены.

После этого он вручил Мельник почетную грамоту и отметил, что она "очень мощно работает".
