Слідчі Державного бюро розслідувань розпочали досудове розслідування за фактом можливого порушення народним депутатом VIII скликання Тетяною Чорновол громадського порядку
 

Про це повідомляє пресцентр ДБР.

Як заявили у ДБР, приблизно об 11:00 28 січня Чорновол проникла на охоронювану територію Державного бюро розслідувань за адресою: Київ, вул. Петлюри, 15 через паркан з колючим дротом.

Після цього вона зайшла до актової зали, де відбувався брифінг першого заступника директора ДБР Бабікова, та під час його виступу нібито спробувала кинути в нього мобільний телефон.

“У зв'язку з цим, особу було виведено із зали проведення брифінгу. До того ж, під час супроводження до виходу, вона чинила опір правоохоронцям”, - заявили у ДБР.

У разі доведення вини, народному депутату VIII скликання загрожує покарання у вигляді позбавлення волі на строк від 2 до 5 років.
