На порядок денний сьогоднішнього засідання Верховної Ради винесено проект Постанови про призначення чергових виборів депутатів місцевих рад та сільських, селищних, міських голів у 2015 році (25 жовтня) (реєстраційний номер 2148а).

За словами першого заступника голови фракції Партії «Блок Петра Порошенка» Ігоря Кононенка, наразі, в парламенті обговорюються дві точки зору щодо проведення місцевих виборів на Донбасі. «Базова точка зору, яка підтримується Президентом України Петром Порошенко полягає у тому, що вибори у Донецькій та Луганській областях, де зараз діють військово-цивільні адміністрації, будуть проведені тоді, коли там з’являться для цього передумови, – заявив Ігор Кононенко. – Інша позиція полягає в тому, що в частині Донецької та Луганської областей, які знаходяться під контролем української влади, вибори необхідно проводити. В першу чергу мова іде про Маріуполь».

Передумови для проведення виборів в Донецькій та Луганській областях прописані у законі про особливий статус окремих територій, – зазначив Ігор Кононенко. «Якщо наприкінці жовтня такі передумови з’являться, то вибори будуть проведені. Рішення цих питань лежить у політичній площині і я впевнений, що рішення буде знайдено». – сказав народний депутат.
