В Украине появится электронно-информационная база легальной внешней рекламы. Об этом говорится в законопроекте №2702 "О внесении изменений в некоторые законы Украины касательно усовершенствования законодательного регулирования в сфере внешней рекламы" (авторы Александр Опанасенко, Леонид Емец, Елена Матузко и Виталий Сташук).

Разрешительные органы будут вносить в базу информацию при подачи заявок на установку рекламных конструкций, выданных и аннулированных разрешений,пишет РБК

Законопроект уже рассмотрел парламентский комитет по свободе слова и рекомендовал депутатам поддержать его в первом чтении.

Законодатели прогнозируют, что имплементация документа позволит быстро демонтировать с улиц 15-17% незаконно изготовленных бордов.

Также законопроект предусматривает обязательные общественные слушания для выделения мест под рекламные конструкции. Ко второму чтению в документ запланированы изменения, которые позволят любому видеть полную информацию по тому или иному борду.

"Каждый человек сможет зайти в Интернет и легко получить информацию - что по этому адресу установлена такая конструкция. Нет - это означает, что она незаконная", - заявил один из разработчиков законопроекта Леонид Емец.
