Главное следственное управление Следственного комитета России возбудило дело по факту задержания в Киеве российских журналистов Андрея Григорьева и Елены Макаровой.

Как сообщили в пресс-службе СК РФ, дело возбуждено по признакам преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 3 ст. 127 УК РФ (незаконное лишение свободы, совершенное организованной группой) и ч. 3 ст. 144 УК РФ (воспрепятствование законной профессиональной деятельности журналистов, соединенное с насилием), передает depo.ua.

Напомним, 25 февраля в Киеве сотрудники СБУ задержали журналистов НТВ и Первого канала за антиукраинскую пропаганду. 

Позднее в СБУ сообщили, что задержанных депортируют в Россию без права пересечения территории Украины в течение пяти лет.
