Городской совет Харькова взят в плотное кольцо силовиками. Усиление произошло из-за того, что активисты города собрались "задержать" мэра города Геннадия Кернеса.
 

Акция, которая проходит под стенами городского совета, организована "Громадськой Вартой". Активисты призывают граждан прийти к 9:00 под стены городского совета, чтобы задержать мэра и передать его в полицию.

"Более 30 патриотических организаций Харькова, совместно приняли решение, 18.11.15, во время представления на должность городского головы, провести гражданское задержание (сдача Кернеса после задержания в полицию. Только законными методами)", - говорится в сообществе организации "Громадська варта Харьков".
