Сьогодні, 18 червня, холдинг "Вести" заявив,що група людей, які назвались податковою міліцією, без пред'явлення будь-яких документів, виламавши двері, увірвалася в їх офіс, який знаходиться в бізнес-центрі Гулівер.

У Державній фіскальній службі України пояснили, що такі твердження є безпідставними.

"Дійсно, 18.06.2015 розпочато проведення двох обшуків, у тому числі і нежитлового офісного приміщення ТОВ «Вісті Мас-Медіа» на площі Спортивній у місті Києві.Обшуки здійснюються відповідно до вимог діючого законодавства згідно з ухвалою слідчого судді Шевченківського районного суду м. Києва про проведення обшуків від 15.06.2015 року, прийнятої за результатами розгляду клопотання слідчого, узгодженого з прокурором.Проведення даної слідчої (розшукової) дії здійснюється в рамках досудового слідства у кримінальному провадженні, розпочатому у квітні 2014 року за фактами ухилення від сплати податків, фіктивного підприємництва та легалізації доходів, одержаних злочинним шляхом, службовими особами ТОВ «Вісті Мас-Медіа» за ознаками злочинів, передбачених частиною 3 статті 212, частиною 2 статті 205, частиною 3 статті 209 Кримінального кодексу України.", - говориться в заяві прес-служби ДФСУ

В службі додали, що всі дії у вказаному кримінальному провадженні здійснюються у відповідності до вимог діючого кримінального процесуального законодавства під процесуальним керівництвом прокурора.

Досудове слідство триває.
