У Самборі Львівської області спостерігач ОПОРИ зафіксував  роздачу агітаційних матеріалів дітьми приблизно 13-15 років. Серед матеріалів були газета, листівка та календарик.

Довготерміновому спостерігачу ОПОРИ Наталії Галун вдалося поспілкуватися з відповідальним за розповсюдження цих агітматеріалів. Ним виявися кандидат в депутати до Самбірської міської ради Липак Олег, 1996 року народження, висунутий Конгресом Українських Націоналістів. Зі слів Липака, він не вбачає нічого незаконного у роздачі агітаційної продукції дітьми.

Володимир Дублянко, заступник керівника КУН, на запитання спостерігача хамовито відповів іншим запитанням - «А що дітям не можна агітувати?». Після цього, він погрожував, що напише на представника ОПОРИ заяву в міліцію і кинув слухавку.
