У Росії з 8 вересня заблокують популярний сайт для читання та завантаження книг «Либрусек».

Як повідомляє російська газета «Известия», блокування відбудеться за рішенням Московського суду, пише Media Sapiens

Позов був поданий видавництвом «АСТ», яке у суді представляла Асоціація захисту авторських прав в інтернеті.

«Рішення було ухвалене щодо трьох творів: «Древний. Предыстория. Книга третья» автора Сергія Тармашева, «Кто не думает о последствиях» Данила Корецького та «Нежные листья, ядовитые корни» Олени Михалкової», – розповів голова асоціації Максим Рябико.

Завантаження книг на сайті «Либрусек» було безкоштовним. Як повідомляє «Интерфакс», в листопаді 2009 політика ресурса змінилася, й анонімних користувачів спочатку перенаправляли на платні ресурси. Потім безкоштовний доступ до сайту був обмежений і для зареєстрованих користувачів.

Сайт «Либрусек» відвідували більше 9 000 000 користувачів на місяць.

Нагадуємо, що на початку червня уряд РФ схвалив законопроект, що встановлює штрафи для операторів зв'язку за доступ до сайтів, що містять заборонену в Росії інформацію.

Для посадових осіб штраф складе від 3 тисяч до 5 тисяч рублів, для підприємців - від 10 тисяч до 30 тисяч рублів, для юридичних осіб - від 50 тисяч до 100 тисяч рублів . Такі ж штрафи в проекті закону передбачені для операторів, які не відновили доступ до сайтів, які виключені з реєстру заборонених.
