У Чечні вважають, що в Росії «назріла необхідність збільшення тривалості перебування на посаді глави держави однієї особи»

Парламент Чечні вніс на розгляд Держдуми законопроект про можливість обіймати посаду президента РФ три терміни поспіль, інформує ТАСС.

Своєю ініціативою чеченські законодавці запропонували внести поправки в ч.3 ст.81 Конституції РФ щодо термінів повноважень глави держави.

«Одна і та ж особа не може обіймати посаду президента РФ більше трьох термінів поспіль», - йдеться в тексті законопроекту.

Зараз конституція РФ не допускає обрання на вищий державний пост одного і того ж кандидата більше двох разів поспіль. У пояснювальній записці говориться, що «на даному етапі розвитку країни назріла необхідність збільшення тривалості перебування на посаді глави держави однієї особи до трьох термінів поспіль».

«Це обумовлено досягнутою соціально-політичною стабільністю і необхідністю її збереження. На тлі складної зовнішньої політичної ситуації важливо зберегти спадкоємність державної влади», - вважають автори.
