Фракція БПП обговорює можливість ухвалення постанови про звільнення Арсенія Яценюка з посади прем'єр-міністра.

Про це повідомляють джерела "Української правди" у фракції.

"Стаття 85 Конституції України, пункт 12 каже, що Верховна Рада має право змінити прем'єр-міністра", - зазначив один із депутат.

На запитання, чи ухвалила фракція остаточне рішення з цього приводу, інший співрозмовник пояснив, що такий варіант обговорювався.

"Можемо проголосувати вже цього тижня", - додав він.

"Щодо імунітету (прем'єра на рік - ред.) - то закон. А в нас найвищий закон є Конституція України", - зазначив депутат.

Ще один депутат зауважив, що ця постанова можлива лише під кандидатуру міністра фінансів Наталії Яресько.

"Наше переконання, що кандидатура Яресько - найкращий варіант. Ми чекаємо, що може ще дозріє Арсеній Петрович і сам піде", - підсумував він.

Як відомо, 14 березня прес-секретар президента Святослав Цеголко повідомив, що під час зустрічі з лідером партії "Самопоміч" Андрієм Садовим президент Петро Порошенко може запропонувати йому стати прем'єром або підтримати на цей пост Наталію Яресько.

Пізніше лідер фракції "Самопоміч" Олег Березюк заявив, що Садовий не прийняв пропозицію президента очолити Кабінет міністрів.
