Національна рада на звернення ГО «Детектор медіа» 23 лютого призначила позапланову перевірку ТОВ «ТРК «Україна» через трансляцію сцен наслідків насильства у випуску програми «Говорить Україна».

Громадська організація просить регуляторний орган провести позапланову перевірку ліцензіата, оскільки в передачі «Говорить Україна» 6 лютого з 19.45 до 21.00 демонструвалися сцени з наслідками насилля, крові, понівеченого людського тіла. Моніторингом Національної ради зафіксовано, що спеціальне попередження про зміст передачі було розміщено на початку трансляції.

Показ такої передачі до 23 години може зашкодити неповнолітній аудиторії. Тож перевірка має з’ясувати дотримання компанією вимог абзацу восьмого частини другої статті 6, частини п’ятої статті 28, частини другої статті 62 Закону України «Про телебачення і радіомовлення» (про захист дітей від шкідливого контенту). 

Крім того, Національна рада взяла до відома результати перевірки цього мовника стосовно показу фільму «Старша сестра». Було встановлено, що телерадіоорганізація дотримується вимог пунктів а), б) частини першої статті 59 Закону України «Про телебачення і радіомовлення» і після офіційного попередження про скасування прокатного посвідчення   цього фільму припинила його трансляцію.
