Суд визнав вибори на скандальному 59-му виборчому окрузі у Запоріжжі. Своє рішення судді оприлюднили близько третьої години ночі.

За підсумками голосування перемогу на окрузі віддали меру Курахового Сергію Сажку, якого звинувачують у підтримці сепаратистів. Його опонент, комбат Валентин Манько, звинуватив членів комісії у підтасовці результатів.

Суд підтвердив частину звинувачень, визнав недійсним протокол з остаточними результатами, але не скасував підсумки голосування. Представники Манька назвали це рішення - нонсенсом.

"Ми будемо подавати апеляцію та будемо просити суд провести повторне голосування на цьому окрузі", - заявив представник кандидата Андрій Пильченко.
