Останні рішення Вищого адмінсуду є нічим іншим як помстою суддівської влади Президентові за розпочаті реформи судової влади. Таку думку на своїй сторінці у Фейсбук висловив позаштатний радник  Глави держави Oлег Медведєв

"Другий день поспіль Вищий адміністративний суд демонструє свою суворість до влади. Сьогодні він визнав незаконною постанову про зняття депутатської недоторканності та арешт Мосійчука. Вчора задовольнив скаргу Ляшка проти Президента по ЦВК. А з тиждень тому Окружний адмінсуд визнав незаконним підвищення тарифів на газ", - пише спічрайтер Президента і висловлює думку, що "багаті друзі Ляшка по антипрезидентській коаліції не давали суддям грошей, варто було би лише радіти несподіваному зміцненню незалежності судів". Але таку свою думку він вважає наївною і Олег Медведєв висуває іншу версію: "як добре поінформований оптиміст, підозрюю, що все це більше схоже на помсту суддів Президенту, бо вони вже знають про заплановане очищення системи через персональне оцінювання кожного судді за низкою критеріїв. В тому числі - і в частині відповідності задекларованих доходів витратам. Відповідний проект змін до Конституції майже готовий".
