На дільниці №650654 спостерігачі КВУ затримали одного виборця, який намагався винести бюлетені з виборчої дільниці.

Він їх отримав, але не заповнював. Спостерігачі КВУ та журналісти газети "Вільний вибір" і один з кандидатів в депутати затримали порушника та викликали міліцію. Проте на підмогу зловмиснику приїхала група невідомих осіб, які взялись його виправдовувати.

Ця група людей спортивної статури запевняла міліцію, що підозріваний нічого поганого не хотів, а лише роздумував, як би йому проголосувати. Наразі підозрюваний знаходиться під охороною міліції. Йому загрожує кримінальна відповідальність.
