Знаменитости выступают против новоизбранного президента США Дональда Трампа. Американки, среди которых будут и селебрити, организуют Марш женщин, который состоится в Вашингтоне на следующий день после инаугурации Трампа – 21 января.

Сообщается, что в среди знаменитостей в акции приму участие актрисы Скарлетт Йоханссон, Дебра Мессинг, Америка Феррера, Джулианна Мур и Эми Шумер. Не останутся в стороне так певицы Шер и Кэти Перри.

Всего же, как прогнозируют организаторы марша, в мероприятии будут участвовать в общей сложности более 100 тыс. человек.

Как отмечает издание, Марш будет посвящен не только правам женщин, но и людям всех религий и рас, людям с ограниченными возможностями. Отмечается также, что похожие марши пройдут не только в Вашингтоне, а и по всей стране.

Тем временем в культурной среде разрастается скандал с участием Трампа.

В воскресенье на торжественной церемонии, которая транслировалась телекомпанией NBC, Стрип вспомнила, как в 2015 году Трамп передразнил репортера-инвалида The New York Times. Позже Дональд Трамп ответил на обвинения Стрип, назвав ее "приверженкой Хилари [Клинтон]" и переоцененной актрисой.
